What is your current position in your organization and, in brief, what is the most interesting content for you in your current work?

I’m working as a sales director, my main responsibility is B2B sales, Elektroway Solar-systems. I’m also a member of the management team in Elektroway Group.

Each customer has individual needs for their investment; cost saving, fulfill the environmental requirements with modern technology, being on the top of development of energy branch.

To find the reason is the key task of my job and it makes my work interesting.

It’s not relevant to me if the project is small or larger, communication with customers and finding the solution is very satisfying.

What does internationalization mean to you personally and for your organization?

I have been working in international companies for almost during all of my career. Participating in international tenders brings an extra spice on work, as during the projects I can cooperate with people and organizations in different countries and cultures. Internationalization is demanding resources and hard work specially in the beginning of co-operation. When achieved the confidence of business partners our company has shown to be a reliable partner to develop and grow together.
