What is your current position in your organization and, in brief, what is the most interesting content for you in your current work?
I am a post-doctoral scholar at LUT University’s School of Business and Management. My research covers International Business and Entrepreneurship fields. Specifically, I work on entrepreneurial ecosystem topic and its influence on new venture development and internationalisation.
What does internationalization mean to you personally and for your organization?
Internationalisation is a process where local community becomes the launching platform for commercialisation to enable future products and services to gain momentum towards creating global value for the rest of the world. This value most commonly entails economic, societal and environmental perspectives.
